Lockdown Loaf

If you haven't heard of it yet, this recipe is the easiest bread recipe. No yeast, no kneading and you can easily  make it in time for lunch. It's easy to double and make two loaves at once. It's also a good recipe for children to learn to make as it's so simple.

But this is my version


Lockdown Loaf
3 cups of white flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
375ml soda water

Mix dry ingredients together, then pour in the soda water. Mix well, then pour into a lined loaf tin. Sprinkle seeds or grated cheese on top (optional). Bake for approx 40 minutes at 180C.
