How To Get God To Reach Out To You? - Raising Zion

Yes, it is possible to get God to reach out to you. While a non believer doesn’t know how, he can be told how, by a believer who learns the secret from the Word of God.

A eunuch of great authority and position in the world, went to Jerusalem to pray (Acts 8:25-39). On his return, while traveling through a desert he had an encounter with Philip the evangelist. God sent Philip to the eunuch to preach the gospel. The eunuch was struggling to understand a passage in Isaiah.

Philip preached the gospel and the spiritually hungry eunuch gave his life to Christ. Soon as Philip baptised the eunuch, he was caught away bodily to another place.

What a wonderful God!! He did not create us for nothing. God is always watching over every single human being. When we seek the truth diligently, He makes Himself known to us. The eunuch did go to the temple to worship but returned as usual, only for his life to change forever in the middle of a desert.

God’s supernatural transportation of Philip is another miracle. He was sent only for the purpose of telling the eunuch about Jesus. Soon as the job was done; he was immediately moved to the next task at hand.

Who can get God to reach out to them?

The spiritually hungry, like the eunuch who was intentionally reading the scriptures, can get God to reach out to them.

God reached out and activated Paul who was zealous to do God’s will. What he thought was God’s will was corrected by God Himself.

Cornelius, the centurion, stood firm in his devotion seeking to know the true God. God sent Peter to save Cornelius and his entire household.

What is common among these warriors of God? They were poor in spirit. Even though they were rich in wealth and intelligence, they were poor enough to seek the truth of God’s word.

This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. (Psalms 34:6)

Are you ready to be freely used by God? Like He did Philip? Get ready, another transportation and transformation is imminent. Jesus is coming soon. Praise God and Amen.
