How To Pass Testing Times In This Life? - Raising Zion

testing times

We are in testing times, both the believer and the non-believer. It’s a time to separate the good from the bad, the faithful from the unfaithful. The wheat from the chaff.

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

Matthew 3:11,12

When the mighty fall, and nations divide, and we are able to see chaos everywhere, we get disheartened. Our hearts are charged with fear because all the people or systems we trusted have failed. Then we turn to God. We crave to hear His voice or receive a clear leading. We are humbled because all our efforts cannot solve the crisis before us.

When Israel was in bondage, doubled workloads and a godless lifestyle, God came to their rescue. He raised up Moses to lead them out. The journey till the land of Canaan brought many trials and temptations. The faithful who waited on God’s leading entered the promised land.

Wait to hear from God during testing times

What happens when God speaks? Miracles and wonders happen.

God spoke into darkness, and light appeared.
Every word God spoke to the forefathers, manifested. God’s word always performs. Do you believe God’s word over every other?

Jesus, on earth, spoke every word the Father said. Concerning his disciples, Jesus emphasised that the sheep knows the masters voice. Is Jesus your Chief Shepherd?

The Holy Spirit speaks into us. Prepares our hearts to speak the mighty word of God. Is the Holy Spirit your teacher?

We are privy to the apostles doctrine and teachings that are shaping our lives in Christ. Are you living the Word out daily?

We are in the last days. If we humble ourselves, then God will work for us. When we learn to obey God’s voice daily through His Word, we will receive His rest during the test. Be ready to be found in His soon appearing. Maranatha, Praise God and amen!
