2 Timothy 3 vs 16-17
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
- The Bible serves different purposes.
- The Bible is expected not to be sweet to your ears always.
- When you come to the presence of God, you are expected to learn what will make you better.
- You are not expected to hear what is pleasing to you all the time when you hear the word of God.
- Therefore, anytime you come to the presence of God, your life must not remain the same way you came.
- The word of God is to make us better.
- The word of God shall sharpen and refine you in Jesus’ name. Amen.
