Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.

1. Elijah was a man like you and me.
2. He prayed that there should be no rain, and for three and half years, there was no rain.
3. Settle every matter with prayer.
4. You can shut and open heaven with your prayers.
5. You can shut the mouth of lions with your prayers.
6. You can open the doors of your breakthrough with prayers.
7. Pray your way into your breakthrough and deliverance.
8. Find time to pray, and your ears will be open.
9. Find time to pray, and your eyes will be open.
10. Find time to pray, and you shall receive divine direction.
11. Find time to pray, and you shall shut the mouth of the adversaries in your life.
12. Receive the power and strength of Elijah in Jesus’ name. Amen.
