All right. We are now into our third week of the New Year and perhaps your resolutions are beginning to fade.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Perhaps because it’s all about good food, good fellowship and the realization that, because of the sacrifices of so many people, we live in such a free and wonderful country.
I read the best article this month in the October Good Housekeeping Magazine. Tory Johnson, with her TV career in peril, made the decision to lose weight.
Well, it went more into silence rather that actual darkness. When I went to church on Sunday it seemed like any other day at church. We sat in our usual spot. We sang songs. The collection plate was passed around. And then nothing happened.
