Struggle: Refusing to Be Defined By Your Past
The Woman Caught in Adultery. I hate that name. In fact, in the Bible Study, I just call her woman. And while I realize that this woman’s sin is the reason she is in the Bible in the first place, I hate that we know her by that name. By the time Jesus sent her on her way, He had forgiven her and called her into something new. Except we still know her by her struggle. If I am honest, I have been there far too many times. And sis?
