Sunday Stillness – 1 Thessalonians 5:8
This week my grandchildren attended a Vacation Bible School. One day they came home wearing shields. I had read recently in Jesus Calling about hope and putting faith and love on as a breastplate. I forgot to take a picture of their shields. The church used Group Publishing’s Kingdom Rock VBS. The gym was decorated with a draw bridge entrance and unique barrier chains. The kids had a great time.
One of the songs my granddaughter really liked is Stand Together. Since it has some Celtic music I can see her heritage coming through (my Dad was born in Ireland).
Today is Sunday Stillness.
