Psalm 9
- God has a name just the way every person has a name.
- Your name says who you are and what you can do.
- God is not nameless.
- He gave Himself a name and He wants people to call Him by His name.
- Anytime you call God by His name, He will answer by the meaning of His name.
- David knew this secret. Anytime he needed something from God, he will call God by the name that speaks to that thing.
- If you call God the great provider, He will provide for you.
- If you call God the healer, He will heal you.
- If you call God the saviour, He will save you.
- Psalm 9 vs 10 says put your trust in the name of God and He will answer you by the meaning of that name.
