The baptism of the Holy Ghost is an evident that we have receive the holy spirit.

It happens when Jesus Christ deep us into the lake of his holy spirit. Mat 3:11. Act 1:4, 5. 2:1-4

When we are filled with the Holy ghost Eph. 5:18

When the holy spirit enter into our life and dwell with us John 14: 15-17.

When the river of life flows from us John. 7:37 -39

How do we receive the baptism?

All this can come into realities if only you believe Jesus Christ who is the giver.

If you amend your ways and forsake all you crooks ways and furmed completely unto God

And ask for the Holy Spirit whole heartedly – and you will give Luke 11:13.
