Psalm 77

  1. Psalm 77 verse 2 says in the days of trouble I sought the Lord.
  2. The implication of this is that there will always be a day of trouble.
  3. Holy Spirit is asking you is that who do you seek in the days of trouble.
  4. The days of trouble could be the day of hunger, day of joblessness, days you cannot pay your fees, days of sickness, days when people conspire against you, days of marital delay, and so on.
  5. In the days of troubles, some men seek witch doctors or herbalists, others may be worried or anxious, others may become hypertensive, some may abandon their homes, some may be crying and weeping.
  6. But David is telling us the secret of overcoming the days of trouble which is seeking the face of God – vs 2
