How to suffer successfully: 7 tips

Hey beautiful people,
I pray that God’s peace continues to abound within your hearts.
Today’s post has been crafted to help bring our attention to some important life tips. Suffering is something that cannot be avoided, and even the Bible says many are the afflictions of the righteous, but God delivers them from them all.
Psalm 34:19 ~ “The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time.”
So how can we navigate through seasons of suffering successfully?
- Surround yourself with the RIGHT people.
Hebrews 10:25 ~ “And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.”
2. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed; this is how we avoid being prideful.
3. Be thankful… don’t focus on the bad; instead, fix your eyes on the greatness of God.
4. Be patient; don’t try to manipulate situations to escape before the set time for the season to be over. You may just end up causing unnecessary delay.
5. Quit the blame game. Stop blaming others for your negative encounters in life. Sometimes God permits challenges to take place in our lives to help us grow. Also, sometimes we can make poor decisions and try to blame everybody but ourselves; we should learn to take accountability for our actions.
6. Let go of bitterness and unforgiveness.
7. Let the love of God fill your hearts.
I hope you enjoyed today’s write-up. Do bear in mind that this list is not extensive; do feel free to share some more tips with the online world by commenting on this post. God bless.

Please feel free to contact me via email for encouragement, advise or prayer (I am not a qualified counsellor, or a pastor, but I believe as a young woman I will be able to relate with SOME of the things other women around the world are going through). <<< As of Feb 2019 I completed my Counselling level 3 diploma Praise God 💃🏾. I intend to help others not in my own strength, but with the help of the Holy Spirit. View more posts
