I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh

You may be passing through an emotional stress now because someone that is supposed to help you failed to do so. King David knew that true help can only come from God.

He never trusted in man but in God. He was always quick to call on God to intervene in his crises. The problem may not be that you are looking on the wrong source for help.

Who are you lifting your eyes unto? Your parents may disappoint you, your close friends may not be able to help you, and your Boss in the office may be natty. Who do you trust in times of crises?

Stop trusting in man, trust in God. Lift your eyes unto heaven and true help will come in Jesus name.
