Introducing: The Deconstructing Conventional Podcast

Hello friends, For many years, I've thought of starting a podcast and it's finally time to make that idea a reality. True to form, I decided to host a show that’s unafraid to challenge the status quo. I am eager to question our personal and cultural assumptions, find wrong turns in our thinking, and take on controversial topics in a fair, non-hysterical way.

In Episode One I tell our origin story and explain what this podcast is about.

WHY YOU MIGHT LIKE THIS EPISODE

    • I tell the story of how our rather unique business developed.

    • I explore how my poor health led to paradigm shifts and turned my personal journey into a business.

    • I explore pivotal turning points in my thinking, give perspective on what it really takes to create a breakthrough, and discuss how covid changed my coaching business.

    • I wrap up by discussing the three aims of this podcast in general.

    • The search for first principles

    • Humble fascination

    • Hopeful realism

I also lay the groundwork for what I hope will be a refreshing way to take on contentious topics.

I make some promises, invite you into a conversation, and ask you to hold me accountable for holding up my end of the bargain.

You can listen by CLICKING HERE.

Can't wait to hear what you think.

    Full-frontal feedback is welcome,

    Christian

PS. I've also set up a podcast page here on the site so you can stay current with my latest episodes.

Half of US Women (Age 30-35) Report Early Menopause - What You Can Do About It

I'm not often shocked by health statistics these days.(The last time that happened is when Dr. Vliet dropped these statistics on me in this interview) ...But the headline below (and this study) arrested my attention. WHAT!I knew men's sperm counts have been falling off a cliff (see this article from 2003), but I didn't realize how much the problem of early menopause had grown. It makes sense that what is happening to male fertility is also happening to female fertility. But still, wow, early meno

My Favorite Books and Documentaries of 2024

I'm getting this annual post out a bit later than I had planned, but here it is!A friend of mine, Dr. Robert Yoho, once paid me the high compliment of calling me "A superior student of reality." I do my best to humbly live up to that, but the quip, "the more you learn the more you realize how much you don't know," would also be a good theme for 2024.Last year, I dove into exploring the world of health outside the bio-chemical model of health. I've grown bored with the "Identify symptoms. Swallow

        Nina's 10-Day Water Fast - Part 2

Hello friends,Hopefully, you read my (Nina's) last post and I got you hooked on the idea that a water fast could be something to try. In today's post, I’ll give you my best tips and the things I did that made a big difference to go for 10 days (and the surprising fact that I was not ready to call it quits on day 11!)Before my fast began, I did about 4 days of intermittent fasting. For me, I shortened my eating window to a 10 am-5 pm window. When the family was eating dinner, I was done eating fo

Dr. Andreas Kalcker: Chlorine Dioxide (a.k.a. The Universal Antidote) - Incurable Was Yesterday

In this episode, Christian and Dr. Kalcker discuss chlorine dioxide (what NASA termed "The Universal Antidote") why it can help such a wide range of ailments...and why it has been so heavily suppressed. In this interview they discuss: • Why chlorine dioxide is not bleach • What is the difference between chlorine dioxide and chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) • How CDS acts as a "chemical ventilator" to oxidize pathogens and toxins, and without harming the cells or good microbes in our bodies. • How

        Struggling Together in Prayer

I was in the restroom touching up my makeup before speaking to several hundred women. When I looked in the mirror, thoughts began swirling in my mind. What am I doing here? What do I possibly have to say to these women that could make any difference in their lives? I am not capable of walking to that podium tonight. Read more...
