Philippians 2 a Marriage Plan, part 1

Paul in his letter to the Philippians writes about what we should be doing and thinking about as Christians. Married couples can learn much from the list Paul provides and should apply them to their spouse and marriage relationship.

The way marriages are going these days it takes a lot of courage to get married and to stay married.

I’ve been married for 45 years. It took a lot of courage on my wife’s part stick around with me that long.

Couples need to encourage each other.

To praise, lift up and be your spouse’s cheerleader is what a marriage is all about.

Sometimes, a lot of times it’s just the two of you against the world.

You have to back up and constantly encourage your spouse.
