In Matthew 5, Jesus outlawed various qualities of a Christian:

  1. Poor in spirit – spiritually broken. – vs 3.
  2. Humble – vs 5.
  3. Holiness is addicted – vs 6.

  6. Peace-loving – vs 9.
  7. Do good works – vs 10.
  8. Obey God’s laws – vs 19.

  10. Forgiving – vs 21.
  11. Not lustful – vs 28.
  12. Faithful and wise – vs 32
  13. Gentle – vs 38.
