Act 11 vs 16

Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

Before the coming of Jesus Christ, baptism was done by immersion in water, which is the evidence of confession of sin, repentance, and belief in God.
With the coming of Jesus Christ, baptizing is by the Holy Ghost.
So, as a Christian, you are not only to be baptised with water but also by the Holy Ghost.
As a Christian, if you do not have the Holy Ghost, kindly know you are still missing an important gift from God.
