Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,

Acts 4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, "Rulers and elders of the people!

  1. The Bible says Peter was filled with the Holy Ghost.
  2. It is possible to be filled with the Holy Ghost, half filled with the Holy Ghost, slightly filled with the Holy Ghost.
  3. The power of the Holy Ghost in you can be measured.
  4. It was because Peter and other Apostles were not filled with the Holy Ghost, they could not cast out demons when Jesus was alive.
  5. As a Christian, aspire to be filled with the Holy Ghost so you can do signs and wonders.
