Psalm 139 vs 7
Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
- David was a man who walked with God, and he knew the Spirit of God knew everything about him.
- David said if he entered the bottom of the sea, the Spirit of God would see him.
- If it is in pit darkness, the Spirit of God will see him.
- When he was inside the womb of his mother, the Spirit of God was busy creating him beautifully and wonderfully.
- David said the Spirit of God knows every cell and tissue in his body.
- David said if he climbed the mountains or the heaven, the Spirit of God would see him there.
- David ended up saying, “Where will I go that the Spirit of God will not see me? Where will I hide in His presence”?
- Jonah did not know this, which is why he tried to escape from the Lord by going to Tarshish when he was supposed to be going to Nineveh.
- Even when Jonah was on the top of the sea, the Spirit of God arrested him.
- And when he cried to God from the belly of the fish, the Spirit of God was there to deliver him.
- There is nowhere you go or whatever you do that the Spirit of God is not monitoring you.
