    Reduce Anxiety five

I can’t emphasize enough your need to talk to someone. People have a difficult time making the first step to talk openly with someone about their problems.

In fact just making that first step in calling or walking into a counselor’s office is the biggest thing you can do in dealing with your issues.

I highly recommend you find a professional that knows how to deal with your particular issues. Talk to a pastor at your local church. Pastors have the training and a lot of experience dealing with their congregations personal problems. Use this good resource at your church.

Please consider seeing a professional therapist. I’m a professional therapist so there is some prejudice on my part but please find a professional counselor in your community for help.

You don’t think twice about getting your car tuned up and taken care of.

So think of talk therapy and counseling as a mental tune up ( Proverbs 11:14).

Make that first step to recover your mental well being and talk to someone.
