1 Samuel 16 vs 14

 But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him.

  1. The book of Isaiah 54 vs 16 says 1 Samuel 16:14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.
  2. In 1 Samuel 16 vs 14, God also send an evil spirit to trouble Saul
  3. Though God is holy, He is also the creator of all things, including evil spirits and Satan himself.
  4. So, when God becomes angry with a person, God can allow an evil spirit to trouble the person.
