Thought of God for us: Action Power Devotional

The children of Israel were exiled to Babylon, yet, the Lord sent a message to them that His thought and plans for them are good and not evil!

That must have surprised them and you, I believe.

They may be going through tough times and punishment for their sins but there was a thought and plan that had been settled in God about them even before they were created.

I want you to read how Prophet Jeremiah was inspired to capture it:

Jeremiah 29:10-11
[10]For thus says the Lord: After seventy years are completed at Babylon, I will visit you and perform My good word toward you, and cause you to return to this place.
[11]For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

In the midst of storms?

Even if you are in the midst of storms at the moment, don’t lose hold on the fact that God’s thoughts for you are good and to give you an expected end.

Don’t allow the devil or anyone or the situation to take that away from you.

Thought of God for us even in hard times

The thought of God for us even in hard times is good and not of evil. All things will always work out for good to God’s elect. Believe me and believe the Word of God – it is the truth!

Have you read How to Have Faith in hard times book?

If you have not, please contact us or Whatsapp 08034300979 for more information.

When I am going through a dark time of loss or disappointment, and someone throws a sloppy coat of Romans 8:28 on my open wound, I just want to scream. There. I said it. Paul wrote: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, Read more...

What does it mean to have childlike faith?

What do you think of when you hear the word “childlike?”For many of us, “childlike” might bring to mind something immature, foolish, or naive. Yet when Jesus talked about childlike faith, he wasn’t asking us to be any of these things. He was inviting us into something pure, trusting, and real. This week, I got to help lead worship at a kids' camp. Watching the kids worship was such a beautiful reminder of what childlike faith truly looks like.
