Esther 5 verse 2
2 And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, that she obtained favour in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that was in his hand. So, Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sceptre.
Several benefits and blessings go with divine favour, as shown by the bible story of Queen Esther. Read Esther chapters 5-7.
- Favour gave Esther the golden spectre, favour will give you diamond, gold, and bronze – Esther 5 vs.2
- The King granted all the prayers of Esther. Favour will grant your prayers- Esther 5 vs.3.
- The King gave Esther a blank cheque to ask anything she wanted, even up to half of the kingdom. Favour will give you blank cheque- Esther 5 vs.3
- The King was pleased with Esther when she appeared before him, though it was at risk of death, as that was the penalty of appearing before the King uninvited. Favour will cause the king to be pleased with you- Esther 5 vs.8
- The King ordered a banquet for Esther. Favour will bring you to the banquet hall. Esther 5 vs.8
- Favour will take you and keep you in the kings’ palace -Esther 5 vs.5
- Haman, the adversary of the Jews made mistakes while seeking the destruction of the Jews, of which Queen Esther was one. Favour will cause your enemies to make deadly mistakes -Esther 5 vs.14
- Haman was eventually covered with shame as he led the honour of Mordecai, the Jew he sought to destroy. Favour will bring shame to your Hamans. Esther 6 vs.2
- Haman was eventually hanged on the gallows he prepared for Mordecai. Favour will cause the fall of your Hamans – Esther 7 vs.2
