WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE HOLY COMMUNION TO US?
1 Cor 5:7-8, John6:55-58
1. Salvation – He died for us to be save and believe from sin, sickness and poverty… Ps. 103:1-6, Exo12:33, Rev. 1:5,5:9.
2. Blessings – favour Exo 12:35-36, 11:3, Jn. 14:13-14, Eph. 1:3, 3:20-21, Rom. 8:32, 111John 2, 11Peter 1:3.
3. Divine Presence – Deut. 32:9-12, for his protection, Ps. 91, 23, Exodus 13:21-22.
4. Divine Health- Healing power Psalm 107:20, Prov. 4:20-24, Exodus 15:26.
5. God Judging your enemies – Exodus 12:12-13, 14-15 God stepping on your behalf Rev. 12:11, 11 John2:14, Jn.16:11
6. Divine Victory – God using you to part sea-hindrance to your journey to worship or serve him. Exo. 14, Divine parting-separation…
7. Divine Provision Exo.16-17, Matt 5:6-8. All these above would happen to us as we partake in Christ supper.
