I have been a leader for close to 35 years. In all of those years, I don’t know a more difficult time to be a leader. Certainly the past couple of years leading through a pandemic have been difficult, but it is more than that. People are more contentious. Opinions are so diverse. It is hard to find loyalty anywhere. Leading in today’s culture is hard.
This leadership climate has produced a lot of stress and worry for those in leadership. How are we to deal with it?
In this episode, we offer encouragement for worried pastors and leaders:
We continually hear from many leaders who enjoy these podcasts. Yes, we know they are simple. It is intended to be a quick listen to a conversation between father and son – (and in this one – father and friend) who are both struggling to figure out leadership in our individual contexts.
As always, I hope this episode helps you be a better pastor and leader.
