Genesis 2 vs 2

And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.

Genesis 2:2 | Today's Christian Woman

  1. The seventh day is for worship.
  2. Although the new testament Christianity is that every moment is the time of worship
  3. But, for convenience, Christians have set aside a day for worship; in most cases, it is on Sundays.
  4. The Bible says God sanctified it, which makes it a holy day.
  5. It is a day that is set apart to worship God.
  6. No matter how busy you are, do not let your work take away Sunday worship from you.
  7. Make sure you take yourself to the presence of God at least a day a week to join the congregation of saints to worship God.
  8. Do away with anything hindering you from worshipping God.
  9. Go and serve the Lord in Jesus’ name. Amen.
