Bible in 365 Days – Day 88

DAY 88.png

Focus Chapters:

  • Joshua 19:49-51
  • Joshua 20-21
  • 1 Chronicles 6:54-81

Standout Verse(s):

Joshua 21:45 NLT

Not a single one of all the good promises the Lord had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true.

Observation (s):

  1. God fulfilled all the good promises that He had made to the family of Israel. Everything He spoke of came true.

    Not a single one of all the good promises the Lord had given to the family of Israel was left unfulfilled; everything he had spoken came true.

Application:

Election season is normally very hard on politicians. Political candidates, in their bid to win votes and their campaigns, oftentimes make promises that are outside the realm of their control. Therefore, even when they win, they are often unable to deliver on their campaign promises.

God is not like these politicians. He makes us promises that are within His power to fulfill. This is demonstrated by His ability to fulfill every good promise that He had made to the Israelites since the days of Abraham. When God makes you a promise, believe that it is a sure thing! Whether today, next week or next year, He will deliver.

I am a dynamic young lady who loves the Lord and seek to have a joy that no one can take away. My all-time favourite thing to do is gaining discoveries by design from My Father during our time each day. Reading, learning and trying new things falls behind in a close second place. My dream is to use my God-given talents to positively impact as many people as possible. As a proud Wolmerian, with a zest for life, I adhere to the “Age Quod Agis” motto in that whatsoever I do, I always do it to the best of my ability.
