When I walk outside, I can chose to focus on the walk and think of whatever is happening in my life...
OR
I can breathe.
When I put myself in the present, I get to enjoy creation.
On a recent walk, I was surrounded by wetlands. As I walked, I took in life around me. If I wasn’t in the practice to engage my surroundings, I could have missed the little crabs crawling around the ground. These moments remind me I am a part of a beautiful world.
Take time to enjoy the world around you and reflect on how we all have a beautiful role to play in it.
