Deuteronomy 8:2 –And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.
- Experiences show that people move closer to God when they are poor.
- Rich and financially comfortable people often do not have a cause to seek the poor
- Christianity is receding in Europe and Americas because of the prosperity of its people.
- More and more Africans are still serving God because of the poverty in the African continent.
Prayer
- Money shall not take me away from God in Jesus name.
