Control.
What can you control?
Understand you cannot control everything. You can’t control a lot of things that come into life.
But what can you control?
Understand and know the things you can control in your life. Get those things you can control in focus. Stay focused on those things and plan for them. Work on solutions to the things that are under your control.
The things you control are the important things and the things that can fill your life and give you happiness.
Far too many times we place value in the things that are out of our control. The way others think. The actions of others. The opinions of others. Most of those things are out of our control. No matter how many tricks, good deeds or somersaults we perform. Much of the time we cannot change the other persons feelings, opinions, or expectations.
So, understand what you can physically and emotionally control and concentrate on those things.
