HARVESTING THROUGH FAVOUR

When God decides to favour you mentally, you will suddenly discover you have access to a wisdom beyond your understanding. From time to time, we are confronted with spiritual riddles and problems way beyond our natural senses and abilities. At such times we need divine wisdom.

Divine favour is the vehicle that brings divine wisdom. In verse 22 of our reading, Daniel says of God: “He revealeth the deep and secret things : he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.”

There are some families, where both the father and mother are illiterate persons and the children are dull of understanding. Yet out of such a family God will raise a professor. It is favour. The Lord will favour you mentally today and you will excel in your academics in Jesus name.

You can also be favoured spiritually. At such instance any beautiful thing can result. In Luke 8:1-3, when a witch found favour with God, she became a divine treasurer. In Mark 5:1-20, a mad man found favour with God and he became an evangelist. When you find favour with God spiritually, you may have the ability to see into the future.

Soul winning can become very easy. The first time I attended Billy Graham’s Crusade in London, I did not see anything unique about his sermon. Infact, any RCCG worker can preach the same message.

But during altar call, it was as if people had been waiting to be called forward. People bought tickets in the neighbourhood of five and ten pounds just to attend a Crusade. What made the difference was God’s favour.

When you find favour with God, any door you knock will be opened. I recall when we wanted to start The RCCG in Israel, the Ambassador plainly told me: “Do not waste your time here; they will not register any church here.” I told him, ”RCCG is different and it belongs to God.”

He gave up arguing and asked us to go ahead. We applied and because of God’s favour, they did not see anything that will make them refuse the application. We have more than 14 parishes in Israel now.

You need to end ministerial struggles. In one sermon, Peter got a harvest of 3000 souls (Acts 2:41) and in another 5000 souls (Acts 4:4). Through favour one sermon is enough to make you hold five services. Ask God for that favour today!
