More New Year’s Suggestions…

- Sleep more. Yes, you know you need more sleep. Go to bed earlier. Have a bedtime plan. Turn off the media stuff.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water. Yes, you need to be hydrated.
3. Breath more and better. Sit up straight and breath in a full breath. Hold it for a few seconds and do it again.
4. Get out for 20 minutes in the sun. You need the sun to warm you, to refresh you and to help with melatonin production which helps you sleep.
5.Nap.yes get a nice afternoon nap if you can. A short nap rejuvenates you. have a nap as a part of your weekend schedule.
6. Read. Spend some time reading a book, an article or a post. Try reading something that challenges your beliefs. Stretch yourself and your mind.
7. Learn something. Something new and of interest to you. Be knowledgeable about something.
