Genesis 16 vs 2
And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the Lord hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
- Sarah, Abraham’s wife, persuaded him to commit adultery, and Abraham harkened to her.
- Sarah urged Abraham to commit polygamy, and he accepted.
- Abraham listened to the voice of his wife Sarah and had a child outside wedlock rather than listening to the voice of the Lord that assured that children would surely come through his loins.
- Abraham abandoned and distrusted God’s plan for his future and decided to devise a plan for himself.
- Abraham distrusted the voice of God and trusted the voice of his wife.

- I will not commit the errors of Adam, Abraham and Samson in Jesus’ name.
