Psalm 76

Making a vow unto the Lord is a way of drawing the attention of the Lord.
A vow is a voluntary covenant with God, and God honours all covenant.
Several characters in the Bible like Jacob and Hannah provoked God through their vows.
Psalm 76 vs 11. however, reminds us to be quick in paying our vows once God grants our desire.
