Christians can sometimes miss the mark on the true meaning of Christian. Simply being a Christian means you believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
However, there are people who say they are Christian, but don’t always act as though they believe this fact. When you believe in something you must live it out because you believe it. When you intentionally hurt others with your words or actions you aren’t living as a disciple.
It can be hard to live a Christian life by following the teachings of Jesus. The old song, They will know we are Christians by our LOVE is a reminder that when you say you are Christian, it means a whole lot more than doing novenas or sitting in the pew on Sunday.
