Why Self-Care is Something You Should Care About | Selina Almodovar

I am a HUGE fan of “self-care”. It is a big deal to encourage it when I work with my clients and it’s an even bigger deal when I do it for myself.

Without it, my days are shot and the “burnout” feeling seems to come much more often.
And now that I have kids, practicing this is no longer an option. It’s a straight-up method for survival!

What is self-care? Why does it even matter? How should I even be doing this care to self? I explain all this and more in this episode!

<br><br>For some women, self-care is still being seen as a choice that they can make if they have enough time in their day.
