” And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1: 21 (KJV)

Although there is no evidence that Jesus was born exactly on December 25th, it is a great joy to celebrate and be thankful on this day and be thankful every day for the greatest gift ever- our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

God showed us a supreme example of giving, in giving His only Son to pay the penalty for our sins and provide a way for all who believe and receive it, the gift of eternal life.

Giving is a wonderful thing to do at any time of the year, including on this day that we celebrate the birth of Christ. I wish each of you a wonderful, blessed Christmas and New Year!

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3: 16 (KJV)
