A Summer Day
By Tanja
Beachy
Wavy
Hot Heated Sun
High Tides
Glittery shimmers of water
Trees to Shade
Waves to calm
Sand to sit on
It is this season
Obvious summer
Another time,
But the same place
Cooler breezes
Wind still in face and hair
Thoughts lifted in a prayer
Asking for directions from God
Endurance longer, no beating hot weather
When alone
People watching
There will be another season?
Yes.
Spring?
Winter?
Autumn?
When seasons come
What will they bring?
A fun story?
A simple rose?
A different shoe?
A new friend?
A new life?
So they will?
Hey!
