Bible passages on you are the temple of God

1 Corinthians 30 vs. 16:

Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?

-2 Corinthians 7 vs. 1:

Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

I realize from this passage that am I a house of God. Am carrying him anywhere he goes because he lives in him. My spirit is not the only one living in my body, God spirit also lives in him!

I have to be careful what I do with my body because I have just realize that my Body does not belong to me alone. I have to watch the nature of music I dance to. If God that lives in me will not love to dance to such a music, then I better don’t.

I like to be careful of the food I eat because some one lives inside me also feeding on it. I have to be careful of where I walk so as not to pollute the spirit of God I carry along every where I go, I also have to be careful of what I say with my mouth so as not to grieve the Holy Spirit is me, and lastly I have to generally watch my behaviour as I don’t want God to abandon me- his temple.
