Read 1Corinthians 10:16, Matt. 26:23-26.
When you become Born Again, taking the Holy Communion is important in your christian life. It signifies a relationship with Christ, that you are part of his body.
In Acts 2:39-47, the early christians were worshipping and taking communion of the Bread and Blood of Christ.

Communion is also known as the LORD’S SUPPER (1 Cor.11:20)
