1. She was a virgin-Luke 1 vs 27,’…To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.’
2. She was highly favoured- Luke 1 vs 28,’…And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.’
3. The Lord was with her- Luke 1 vs 28
4. She was singled out for blessings among all women- Luke 1 vs 28
5. She found favour with God- Luke 1 vs 30,’… And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.’
6. She was fruitful- Luke 1 vs 31,’…And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus.’
7. She was the mother of Jesus- Luke 1 vs 31
8. She was visited by an Angel- Luke 1 vs 27
9. She was filled with the Holy ghost-Luke 1 vs 35,’…And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore, also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.’
10. She was full of the power of God- Luke 1 vs 35
11. She believed in the word of God- Luke 1 vs 38,’…And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.’
12. She came from a poor home- Luke 1 vs 48,’…For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.’
13. She keeps divine secrets- Luke 2 vs 18,’…And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.’
14. She followed Jesus ministry- Mark 3 vs 31,’…There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.’
15. Jesus did not give her special role or recognition- Mark 3 vs 31

Prayer

1. Help me Lord Jesus to remain faithful in Jesus name Amen.
2. I receive the favour of God and men in Jesus name
3. My case shall be different in Jesus name
4. I shall be singled out for favour in Jesus name
