Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God

Are U a friend of God or friend of Satan? God described Abraham as his friend. Can God describe you as His friend? Are you for God or for Satan? Do things of God interest you or the cares of the world- power, position, status, money, possessions, and authority take more of your attention?

The Bible clearly preaches that we cannot both serve God and mammon at the same time, meaning we cannot satisfy the demands of the world and those of God at the same time. Who are you trying to please in your daily life- God or the world system?

Jesus says what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul. Friendship of the world entails greediness, carnal lusts, trickiness, wickedness, idolatry, drunkenness, sexual perversion, covetousness, and ungodly living.

Friendship of God entails holiness, purity, love, gentleness, meekness, contentment, and Friendship of the world is enmity with God. Because the spirit that rules the world and its passion is the spirit of the anti -Christ.

If you come to the realization that you are a stranger on earth, and due to give an account of your life when you
die, then you are likely to set your affections on things of God. The Bible says it is appointed unto man once to
die and after death is judgment. And that the wages of sin is death.

If you are not a friend of God while you are on earth, you cannot possibly be His friend in heaven. Friends
of Satan are doomed to hell, which is a place of everlasting pain and anguish. If you are not sure of whom you are,
today you can decide -to become a friend of God.

All you need to do is to accept as your Lord Jesus who
willfully laid down his life as your Lord and Saviour. Join the Household of God today, Life can be more
enjoyable and beautiful with Him.

· “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”-John 3:16.

· For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” Romans 10:13.

Do you want to be reconciled with God, through Jesus the Lord and Saviour? Then say this simple prayer:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and have fallen short of your glory. I genuinely repent from all my sins and pledge to go and sin no more. I accept your plan to reconcile mankind to you through Jesus Christ, who you sent in your name.

I believe Jesus Christ is the Messiah, and died on the Cross to pay the penalty for my sins and redeem me. I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I pray that His blood washes my sins away. I invite the Holy Spirit to rule my Life. I am born again in Jesus name.
