Carrot Banana Bread

What is the perfect food/dessert flavour to eat during these winter months?? Carrot cake of course! Everyone else seems to love pumpkin spice but I am lowkey a bigger fan of the carrot cake taste during these colder months. Here is a quick and easy recipe !

First, mix all your dry ingredients together;

1.5 cups of all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Shred 1-2 carrots and dice 1 whole banana

Then, mix your wet ingredients;

0.5 cups of salted butter (100ml), 2 large eggs, 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract, 0.25 cup of milk, 2/3 cups of sugar

Add 1 cup of sweetened chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a baking tray and bake at 350 F for 55-60mins.

Voila! Carrot Cake is ready

What is your favorite baking recipe?
