Choose fruits…

For the number of years I’ve been here, I’ve come to understand the importance of growth. The stages of growth and the sacrifices you have to make to truly grow.
You know how we learn many things, many of which society dumped on us and we have to unlearn when we understand that the knowledge isn’t helping us, but killing us.
One of the many things I understand is that inasmuch as this growth in my life might be beneficial to people around me in the long run, I don’t do it just to be seen.
For Soulical and mental growth, I read books and I enjoy listening to audio messages, podcasts, short videos, et cetera. The main thing is that it makes me grow. I used to feel like I need to run over these books or messages so I can add them to the number of books I’ve read, doing that, I realized I had a huge number of books and messages I’ve read and listened to, with little or no impact in my life.

I stopped.

I started doing what I do for the sole purpose of growth.

I stopped running over anything. This time, I’m taking my time.
I want it to be that, I don’t need to tell you the number of books I’ve read or the number of messages I’ve listened to it, instead, I want to show it to you with my lifestyle, with the fruits I exhibit and with the impact those books are having in my life.
I want to speak and you just realize I’m different from the rest.

If I take note of books I’ve read, it’s either for self evaluation or to keep track of the personal development thing I started for myself, with myself.

I won’t tell you the number of books, let me show you fruits instead. Fruits are lasting, aren’t they? The fruits you exhibit as a result of the knowledge you’ve acquired could be helpful to someone, somewhere.

And, because of this new resolution, I find myself going back to a specific book or message for about five times, even when I have many others I’ve not even glanced at. Reason? I’m not doing this just for the act of doing it, they’ve got to be fruits. I stay on it and fruits come. I stay on it and real growth comes.

That doesn’t make me a slow reader, it makes me an effective one. It makes me an active reader. Heh.

Step into the room and let fruits be seen.

I pray this gets to you, in ways you understand.

Remember, I’m available for discussions.
Send me a message via my email address, anytime.
Thank you!

I love you, and God loves you even better.
Keep basking in God’s Love..
