Courage at the Edge - A Nighttime Prayer

1x
“In God I have put my trust; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?” – Psalm 56:11 (NKJV)

Please Pray:

Great and awesome Lord Jesus, You have proven over and over that You are worthy of my worship and trust. I praise You for giving me Your Holy Spirit to guide me through the storms of life.

Grant me Your gifts of patience and peace as I wait on You, trusting You with the outcomes of my dilemmas as well as my dreams. I know I will face many challenges, anxieties, and fears in the days ahead.

Please help me remember that You are always by my side and will never leave me. Increase my faith. Help my unbelief when waves of fear threaten to overwhelm me.

You are my Redeemer, Rescuer, and dependable Friend. Hold my hand, and carry me forward by Your strength to find the beautiful purposes You have prepared for me.

Give me courage to leave all things in Your mighty hands, that I may receive the perfect peace You have waiting for me. In Your blessed name, Amen.
