Does the King James Bible Teach That Salvation Requires Vocal Confession? A Study of “Heart” and “Out” in the KJB
This is the seventh in a series of studies of the King James Bible on how the King James Bible exclusively teaches vocalization for salvation, and the King James Bible is right about this or you are wrong.
Specifically, a study about Heart + Out.
I would like to thank the King James Bible translators for teaching mandatory vocalization and taking this so seriously.
I love all of you fine translators! I can't wait to see you in heaven and tell you this vocally! Otherwise, it'd be weird as I'd be standing around, just internally thinking this, staring at you while you are greatly confused.
Exodus 11:10 And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh: and the LORD hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
Notice this. What happens in the heart physically comes out of a person. Pharaoh does not stand around internally thinking about how he will never let the Jews leave Egypt.
Exodus 14:8 And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.

Deuteronomy 8:14 Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the LORD thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;

Deuteronomy 9:4 “Speak not thou in thine heart after that the LORD thy God hath cast them out from before thee, saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath brought me in to possess this land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.”
The Holy Spirit in the AV Text always clarifies between the internal and external.
Deuteronomy 9:5 Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thine heart, dost thou go to possess their land: but for the wickedness of these nations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee, and that he may perform the word which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

Joshua 14:7 Forty years old was I when Moses the servant of the LORD sent me from Kadeshbarnea to espy out the land; and I brought him word again as it was in mine heart.
Now, there are two interpretations of this text.
Internal Interpretation: Joshua stared at Moses while he spoke in his heart.
AV Interpretation: Joshua stared at Moses while speaking vocally what was in his heart.
Judges 16:25 And it came to pass, when their hearts were merry, that they said, Call for Samson, that he may make us sport. And they called for Samson out of the prison house; and he made them sport: and they set him between the pillars.
While they were merry, it did not stay internal. They went and CALLED for Samson to make them SPORT.
They had to be Merry (Believe), and then CALL to be SPORT (Saved).
1 Samuel 4:13 And when he came, lo, Eli sat upon a seat by the wayside watching: for his heart trembled for the ark of God. And when the man came into the city, and told it, all the city cried out.

1 Samuel 7:3 ¶ And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto the LORD with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto the LORD, and serve him only: and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.
They return to God with their hearts and then that physically comes out.
1 Samuel 16:7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
The Holy Spirit, as he guided the AV translators, truly looketh on the heart. As any time the heart is being spoken, it is always clarified. Thus, if the King James Bible is to be believed, Romans 10 cannot possibly be non-vocal.
1 Samuel 25:37 But it came to pass in the morning, when the wine was gone out of Nabal, and his wife had told him these things, that his heart died within him, and he became as a stone.
Heart physically comes OUT.
1 Samuel 27:1 And David said in his heart, I shall now perish one day by the hand of Saul: there is nothing better for me tha
How glorious is God to guide the hands of the AV translators so greatly! How glorious is our God to forever clarify between the internal and external, so that they who claim Romans 10 isn't vocal are without excuse!
2 Samuel 19:19 And said unto the king, Let not my lord impute iniquity unto me, neither do thou remember that which thy servant did perversely the day that my lord the king went out of Jerusalem, that the king should take it to his heart.

2 Kings 9:24 And Jehu drew a bow with his full strength, and smote Jehoram between his arms, and the arrow went out at his heart, and he sunk down in his chariot.

1 Chronicles 12:17 And David went out to meet them, and answered and said unto them, If ye be come peaceably unto me to help me, mine heart shall be knit unto you: but if ye be come to betray me to mine enemies, seeing there is no wrong in mine hands, the God of our fathers look thereon, and rebuke it.
The actions of David's heart has to physically manifest or he is a liar.
1 Chronicles 15:29 ¶ And it came to pass, as the ark of the covenant of the LORD came to the city of David, that Michal the daughter of Saul looking out at a window saw king David dancing and playing: and she despised him in her heart.
She then vocally told him this, and due to what she said vocally, God judged her (2 Samuel 6:23).
Now, if God judges a person for what is said vocally and does not just throw the book at Michal for believing it in her heart, tell me, why would God in the NT cease to care about what is spoken vocally?
2 Chronicles 11:16 And after them out of all the tribes of Israel such as set their hearts to seek the LORD God of Israel came to Jerusalem, to sacrifice unto the LORD God of their fathers.
The heart physically manifests.
2 Chronicles 15:17 But the high places were not taken away out of Israel: nevertheless the heart of Asa was perfect all his days.

2 Chronicles 19:3 Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that thou hast taken away the groves out of the land, and hast prepared thine heart to seek God.
The Heart physically manifests.
Nehemiah 6:8 Then I sent unto him, saying, There are no such things done as thou sayest, but thou feignest them out of thine own heart.
OUT. OUT means that it physically manifests OUT of the heart. OUT is MANDATORY VOCALIZATION.
Job 8:10 Shall not they teach thee, and tell thee, and utter words out of their heart?

Job 11:13 If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him;

Job 31:7 If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;

You have to ask God instead of just thinking about him.
Psalms 64:6 They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
The in(TERNAL)ward and external is forever clarified in the AV Text!
Psalms 73:7 Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.

Psalms 84:2 My soul longeth, yea, even fainteth for the courts of the LORD: my heart and my flesh crieth out for the living God.
MY HEART AND MY (physical) FLESH. It is not enough for the heart to cry out when one is in misery.
The mouth speaks! If someone crieth out for salvation, will not then their mouth vocally speak?
It should be noted how cool God is to make the King James Bible mandatory vocalization.
Proverbs 4:23 ¶ Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
OUT. The heart manifests physically. Not internal.
Proverbs 15:28 The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.
You may notice the Bible contrasts the heart and the mouth, why?
Easy. The righteous studieth to answer, they don't immediately vocally answer (Pro 10:21, Pro 18:13). But the wicked don't wait.
This is showing the heart and mouth are interlinked.
The King James Bible teaches mandatory vocalization!
Proverbs 20:5 Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out.
How does he draw it out? Making the counsel vocally spoken.
Ecclesiastes 1:13 And I gave my heart to seek and search out by wisdom concerning all things that are done under heaven: this sore travail hath God given to the sons of man to be exercised therewith.

The Authorized Version always clarifies on the internal and external. OUT is vocal.
Isaiah 30:14 And he shall break it as the breaking of the potters’ vessel that is broken in pieces; he shall not spare: so that there shall not be found in the bursting of it a sherd to take fire from the hearth, or to take water withal out of the pit.

Jeremiah 9:8 Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait.
Mental assent fans have taught that "The Mandatory Vocalization Cult teaches anyone can be saved by parroting a prayer."
But the King James Bible translators (who belong to the Mandatory Vocalization Club) believe that a person has to mean believe their mandatory vocalization to be saved alongside mandatory vocalization!
Thank God for these men who paved the foundation for the mandatory vocalization club.
Jeremiah 12:3 But thou, O LORD, knowest me: thou hast seen me, and tried mine heart toward thee: pull them out like sheep for the slaughter, and prepare them for the day of slaughter.

The KJB translators are the MVP of the mandatory vocalization club, as the Holy Spirit guided these great men to define how words come from the physical heart and that the word OUT means vocalization from the heart.
Jeremiah 48:31 Therefore will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; mine heart shall mourn for the men of Kir–heres.
Out means vocalization. Notice, the last is internal and does not say out.
Lamentations 2:19 Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of the Lord: lift up thy hands toward him for the life of thy young children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street.
Cry OUT, Vocalization.
Ezekiel 13:2 Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel that prophesy, and say thou unto them that prophesy out of their own hearts, Hear ye the word of the LORD;
How do they do that?
You think of something internally and then vocally speak it.
Ezekiel 13:17 ¶ Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them,

Christ is in the Mandatory Vocalization Club, or the King James Bible translators did a great job of making it seem like he was!
Matthew 12:35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.
This begs the question: what did he say in the Greek? The PERFECT King James Bible renders it "OUT," teaching mandatory vocalization.
Matthew 15:18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.

The King James Bible translators sure love their vocalization ….
Luke 8:12 Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.
Why does the word need to come out of their hearts? "for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh" - Christ in Luke 6:45, KJB.
2 Corinthians 2:4 For out of much affliction and anguish of heart I wrote unto you with many tears; not that ye should be grieved, but that ye might know the love which I have more abundantly unto you.

Charity, love. It needs to come out.
There is a nice girl. Is she going to be won over by you doing an action out of charity, or by beholding the nice girl and mentally assenting to her existence?
You can trust that she's there but trust isn't gonna do you any favors unless it is vocalized.
How many books have been written predicated on the fact that a guy never told a girl his feelings?
The King James Bible translators knew this.
King James I also knew this as he had a wife.
2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
Watch it! Out of a pure heart. Vocal. The V in AV might actually mean VOCALIZATION!
