Dr. Peter S. Ruckman does not sound like Robert Breaker in his radio preaching, Theological Seminar of the Air TS078

Robert Breaker thinks Dr. Ruckman sounds like him. No, not close. Thank you to Brother Don Nesbitt, the Lord's bloodhound, his youtube handle is @w46try7 as always for sounding the alarm.

This is the long and short of it. Robert Breaker took a clip of Dr. Peter S. Ruckman condemning catholic confession and said that meant the confession in Romans 10:9. Breaker uses that to say Dr. Peter S. Ruckman taught that calling wasn't a needed condition in salvation.

That is false, we find in Theological Seminar of the Air, TS016 Dr. Peter S. Ruckman talking about calling upon for salvation as an requirement.

"Romans 10, 9 and 10 says you are to confess Jesus Christ as Lord, and if you had a human father, he's not Lord, he's not Savior." - Dr. Peter S. Ruckman, Theological Seminar of the Air TS014

"Do you want to prove empirically the virgin birth of Jesus Christ? I can tell you how to do it. Get on your knees and ask Buddha to save you and wash in his blood and make you a new creature and get up and see if anything happens. Then get on your knees and ask Muhammad to save you and regenerate you and make you a child of God and get up off your knees and see if anything happens. Then get down and call upon any ideology, any religion, any belief, any TM, any transcendental foolishness you were ever taught. And see if when you get up, you have two natures, one that loves the truth and one that doesn't, that one nature is born again and comprehends Christ and believes in the miracles of the Bible and believes in God, and that nature desires nothing more than to win other people to Him. And if you don't, get down your knees and call upon the everlasting name of the Lord God Almighty, the name that is above every name, the name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to save your soul and wash you in the blood and make you a new creature and regenerate you by his Holy Spirit, and then get up and see what happens. After all, there's nothing like testing the hypothesis, is there, doctor? May the Lord bless you and good day." - Dr. Peter S. Ruckman, Theological Seminar of the Air, TS014

"Have you ever noticed that? Do you know that's one of the most remarkable psychological and psychiatric phenomena manifest in our day, and there isn't a single psychiatrist save the lost that ever mentioned it until you heard it in this broadcast? Isn't that strange? Of all the sins confessed in confessional, you never heard a man confess the following sin. Lord God, I am sorry I rejected your righteousness in Jesus Christ and trusted my own. Please forgive me for trusting my own righteousness instead of the righteousness of your Son Jesus Christ" - Dr. Peter S. Ruckman, Theological Seminar of the Air, TS046

"Don't try to serve God in the world, and don't try to serve two authorities, an ASV and a New ASV, a King James and an RSV, a Living Bible and a New English Bible, a Living Letters and Dead Epistles, a Charlie Brown and Mickey Mouse, and Moffat, Weymouth, Goodspeed, Maggie and Jiggs, and the Green Hornet. Get one book that says what God said as he said it, and believe what God said as he said it where he said it. Yield your life to Him. Pray, Lord, search my heart. See if I possess salvation. If I am truly saved, pray, Lord, help me never to doubt the plain statements of the Bible about my salvation. Pray, if I am not saved, O Lord, take away a false security. I want to know the truth. Assurance of salvation will make you a much stronger Christian. Assurance of salvation is not presumption or pride, or the one saved preacher will say this. It is simply believing what God said as God said it where he said it. To say, I know I am saved requires humility, for it can only be done by God's grace and mercy. And when you say you know you're saved, you have confessed that you're not good enough to get to heaven by your own works, and that but for the grace of God you'd be in hell. The proud man is the man who says, I hope I'm saved, because he is counting on his works to save him. And when he says, I hope I'm saved, he is implying that his own good works have some part in his salvation. They don't. It is God who saves me. It is God who keeps me. It is God who will get me to hold heaven. It is God who will conform me to the image of his Son. The work is of the Lord. For by grace are you saved through faith, and that not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. God forbid that any of us should boast, save in the cross of Jesus Christ, our Lord, by whom we are crucified to further subjects in the study of soteriology. Our subject next week at the same time will deal with public confession, confession of Jesus Christ." - Dr. Peter S. Ruckman, TS086

"Today we talk about the confession of Christ publicly. The Lord Jesus Christ said in Matthew chapter 10, verse 32 and 33, Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. When the Apostle Paul writes to the Gentiles in Romans chapter 10, he says to the unsaved at Rome, Romans 10, 9, If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Now the question comes up, is it possible to be a secret believer, that is, one that does not confess Christ openly. Well, yes, apparently, for a short time. For example, in John 19.38, we find Joseph of Arimathea being a secret believer, but later he openly confesses Christ and asking for the body of Christ. Another secret disciple in the Bible is Nicodemus, who comes to Christ by night, but doesn't stand up for him publicly until years later before the Sanhedrin. We read in John chapter 12 that many of the chief priests and Pharisees believed on Christ, but because of the Jews running the synagogue, they didn't confess him, lest they be put out of the synagogue because they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God. So it is possible to be a secret disciple of Jesus Christ, but eventually the chickens will come home to roost or the cattle get out of the bag. That is, if you are saved and a child of God, you're not going to keep your mouth shut forever." - TS087

"Now, the two parts of salvation Paul gives to Gentiles have nothing to do with Acts 2.38. They are first of all believing in the heart, which is receiving the Lord Jesus the Savior, and then confessing with the mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord. The dying thief on the cross confessed Jesus as Lord by saying, Lord, remember me when thou have come to thy kingdom. At least the penitent thief confessed that in the King James Bible. You have no Bible in your shelf that has the dying thief confessing Christ as Lord unless you have the King James Bible. If you have any other Bible in your shelf except the King James, the word Lord has been knocked right out of the dying thief's mouth in Luke 23, 42, and is not there. There is no Bible translation in the world today that has the dying thief confessing Christ as Lord except the King James 1611 authorized version. Every version printed since 1880 has taken the word Lord and knocked it right out of that thief's mouth." - TSO87

He literally talks about calling upon God for salvation, and asking him. He connects it to the blood.

We know Dr. Peter S. Ruckman meant confession in TS078 as catholic confession, because he literally supports the vocal confession of Romans 10:9 as mandatory.

The Bible Baptist bookstore should be paid!

(Also Robert Breaker gave the full preaching :( that's not free use)

I don't want to make this video, but Breaker forced me. Robert Breaker said Dr.

Ruckman believed confession was a WORK. I sought to show this was false. I made

video compilations of Dr. Ruckman teaching the sinner's prayer from

the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, the 1990s (when Breaker was at PBI), and through

the 2000s. I finished the series on December 3rd, 2025, with a clip of Dr.

Ruckman verbally denouncing Breaker. For me, that was the final Breaker video. I

moved on to new horizons. Breaker, however, cannot give up the facade that the

man who openly mocked and hated him endorsed his theology of mental assent.

After an email from John Davis of Time for Truth! (which publicized Dr.

Ruckman's letter to Breaker), Breaker, who is apparently on the subscriber list,

commented on my videos three times with this same comment.

@RobertBreaker3 "If you are saved, you know the only way to heaven is the

substitutionary blood atonement of Jesus Christ. If you don't know that, it's

because you are lost! - Peter S. Ruckman, BOOK: Simplicity of Salvation. In

Ruckman's commentary on the book of Romans, he says it this way... 'Now there

are two things that come up at this point. The first is the place of prayer in

salvation. It is obvious that the mere act of praying itself saves no one!...

Cornelius did not get saved until he heard Peter preach (Acts 10:34-43) and he

believed on Christ (Acts 10:43-47). So, prayer in and of itself doesn't save a

man.' (pg.404-405). Dr. Ruckman also writes on page 406: 'There is nothing in

the Scriptures (including here at Romans 10:9, 10,13) that says you have to pray

to get saved.' And then on page 407, he further states: 'Now, if prayer is a

form of calling upon the name of the Lord (and it certainly is), then if a man

confesses his faith in Jesus Christ to God in prayer then he is saved!...After

all, it isn't his prayer that saves him anyway...' So keep on keeping on just

one side of the story guys! You're only exposing yourselves...

I will do a full length response to the quotes, he did. I made this reply on all

of his comments Pause to read, as it's long.

Dear Breaker, First, I implore you to turn to the final page of the book. Where

Dr. Ruckman gives a presentation on how to get saved, including a sinner's

prayer. Second, I've listened to the Theological Seminar of the Air where he is

teaching the book of Romans. The tape in question (TS078), is on KJ1611.org to

be bought. Hence, my focus on audio sermons. I have never read his Romans

commentary, only his 1970s audio commentary however I will allow Dr. Ruckman

early 1970s (before your father went to PBI) to clarify. Dr Ruckman, Romans

Study 26 & 27 Side B: "The word is nigh thee, near thee. It's right on your

lips. It's right in your heart. It's present. You have access to it. You don't

have anywhere to go. You don't have to study anything. You don't have to learn

anything. There's nothing to collect. It is the word of faith which we preach.

That if thou, alright here are conditions for a man coming to Christ. Here are

exact conditions! Two conditions: If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord

Jesus (condition number one) And shalt believe in thine heart that God hath

raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. You say, what about repent? It is

not necessary. The heart change is over in this verse. There is no overpowering

of the sinner by the irresistible grace of God, which transforms him against his

will in a new creature so he can receive Christ, and all that Calvinistic

baloney. It's saying that an unsaved man is natural conditions, and he's told if

you believe something in your heart and confess it with your mouth, God will

give you the new birth. God will save you, and impute to you righteousness and

justify you. Verse 10 For with the heart man believeth to the righteousness

works are not a point at issue where the mouth confession is made in the

salvation you see how insane some men get when they're trying to prove a lie

this is the work of God that you believe on him who is sent that's God's work

not yours you see that business you don't classify with getting baptized and

holding out to the end and doing all this junk." Dr Ruckman, Romans Study 26

& 27, Part 2 Side A "He saved. Lord, Lord, who hath believed our report is front

of words, to obey the gospel is to believe the gospel. and you believe from the

heart. And we made comment on this earlier when we talked about believing in

vain. There is a faith which simply accepts as a fact, historic facts, and in

connection with Romans it save 10: 17, all right. Believe, confess. That's the

long and short of it. With the heart, man believeth in the righteousness. You

can talk all day about a man believing, ah the devils, tell you, the devil is

not quite exact point. The point is a man that is believing in his heart is

resting his entire consequence in the invisible blood. You don't have to save,

believe in your heart. A man is tired of life of disease, he was a skeptic, he,

a man, Oh lord friend of mine, he said, your heart's just an organ, it can't

believe. And my friend said, well, it may be an organ, but every time I hears

the name of Jesus, it plays amazing grace. down the sound saved a wretch like

me. You understand true God means when He says, heart, man believes on the

righteousness, well obviously not. Well he literally play out words of God

instead of study. Now you listen to me carefully. A man believes in Jesus Christ

in fact is not saved. Just that simple. You say that's all there is to it. There

is faith in history. They have history, you go back to hell, yes. Jesus Christ

died your sins, you say yeah, I believe that. You lost. You say what? Do you

hold of your heart with your head. Let's suppose that I have believed in Jesus

Christ for my savior. Now what am I going to do to you? That's simple! You go

down to the pit with your history textbook because you believe them

historically. But you don't believe him in your heart. Let's suppose a guy with

a bad heart problem comes in my office and says "Doc, I believe you are the best

heart surgeon in town. Would you please operate on my heart?" Now the surgeon

says, "If you lay out on this table and let me put you under with anesthesia, I

will operate on your heart." Now a guy could believe in the surgeon until hell

freezes over but until he submitted to the operation his belief means absolutely

nothing. This is what saving faith is all about. Saving faith is submitting

yourself to Jesus Christ to let Him save you from your sins! Because you cannot

save yourself. Now listen to me. That's all there is to it! Just the simple

fact. You say that's all there is to it? That is all there is to it! Your mouth

just confess. Ah you don't have you believe Jesus was your Saviour, your

justification, that you come to Christ as a sinner and you lay hold of Him with

your heart as your only hope, your only God, your only Savior, your Lord, so God

is LORD. LORD is no matter of just believing some abstract doctrine about

salvation. It's submitting just as simple as repenting, confessing, believing,

being baptized, like the water dogs say. It's a matter of laying hold with the

heart of a person who is living and risen, who died for your sins and lives on,

and confessing him. Jesus Jehovah. Jesus Jehovah. God manifests in the flesh

dying to save you from your sins. And if you haven't done it you haven't obeyed

the gospel no matter what else you've done." Prayer without belief cannot save

you. Such as belief without prayer cannot save you (the devils). And with

"exposing," I have 1950s to 2000s compilations of Ruckman teaching that belief

and confession are the two necessary requirements for salvation. All of these

are fully timestamped with links in the description, alongside with proof that

it is in a certain young or old Dr. Ruckman phase. When you prove Dr. Ruckman

taught that confession is a work and not a requirement for salvation. You are

not as thorough. There are rather three things: A: Out of context quotes. B. The

quotes of Dr Ruckman 1990s PBI and your father's PBI in the late 70s, your 90s

(where he in recorded sermons taught confession as a requirement for salvation).

C. The letter from Dr. Ruckman to your father.

Breaker made an indirect reply on Jan 12, 2026, which was sent to me by a

watcher of his. How did I know this? A watcher of the both of us offered it to

me. I said no; I wasn't making any more videos. From what he shared, Dr. Ruckman

was talking about works, and the fan believed that confession was a work. The

fan thought the video was against confession I explained how he was wrong and

went about my day. Breaker uploaded the video as stated. This response would not

exist if it were not for the events mentioned above. The following clips are

from "Theological Seminar of the Air" (TS078), available as a downloadable MP3

from kjv1611.org. While Breaker uses the full MP3 of TS078, I will not be using

the full audio. If you wish to hear the entire lesson, you can purchase it at:

https://kjv1611.org/products/theological-seminar-of-the-air-downloadable-mp3

Dr. Ruckman: Thank you. And once again, good day to students and teachers of the

word of God. Our lesson this week is on one of the great doctrines of salvation,

which we refer to as soteriology. And this particular doctrine we're studying

today is the doctrine of justification. Romans 4:3-5. This is the Bible doctrine

of imputation. Justification by a judicial declaration. And this is the doctrine

that no person dare teaches who is counting on water baptism or charismatic

experience to save them. You'll never hear the matter brought up. And here it

is. Romans 4:3-5. "Abraham believed God, and it" - his belief - "was counted

unto him for righteousness. To him that worketh not." But believeth on him that

justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. That is, if

you're working to get to heaven, your faith is unrighteousness. "To him that

worketh not, his faith is counted for righteousness."

So, Ruckman is condemning anyone who relies on their own works for salvation,

such as water baptism or charismatic experiences. A primary example of a system

that teaches salvation through works like water baptism is... ...Roman

Catholicism. And what religion has elevated "Confession" to a formal sacrament,

a work you must perform to be justified? Roman Catholicism.

Dr. Ruckman: In Acts 13:38 and 39, Paul said, "Be it known unto you therefore,

men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of

sins: And by him all that believe" - no baptism - "all that believe" - no

mention about confession or repentance.

How do you know he's talking about Catholic Confession? What would Dr. Ruckman

do?

Dr. Ruckman: In plain words, the Holy Spirit will always lead a man to interpret

an obscure verse in the light of a clear one. The Holy Spirit never led any man,

saved or unsaved, to interpret a clear verse in the light of an obscure one. And

so in dealing with people who misrepresent the Bible and quote scripture to

their own private purposes and for purposes of private interpretation, the

Bible-believing Christian should adjust himself to this great fact: that the man

who is out to distort the Bible and wrest it to his own destruction, as Second

Peter says in Second Peter chapter 3, always begins with an obscure verse and

tries to jam the clear verses into the obscure context.

Dr. Ruckman's use of "confession" in this clip is obscure. It could refer to

Catholic confession, or it could mean a Sinner's Prayer. Let's make it clear.

That's from the same radio preaching. Not clear enough?

This is a clip from each of my 1950s to 2000s compilations, where Dr. Ruckman

taught confession for salvation.

Dr. Ruckman: ...for you. Will you not receive him today? Right now. Right there

by your television set, will you not bow your head and say, "Lord Jesus, please

save me. God be merciful to me a sinner." I hope you do. I'll be praying that

you do. And let me hear from you. Drop me a card, just write TV for Christ,

Panama City, Florida. TV for Christ, Panama City, Florida. And let us rejoice in

your salvation.

Dr. Ruckman: I want to sing one more stanza before we close. I want to sing

"Where He Leads Me I Will Follow." And uh, we got two young men saved this

morning, another young man here brother McGraw led to Christ yesterday down the

street, came and confessed the Lord this morning. And let's sing one more

stanza...

Dr. Ruckman: And notice the heart is not changed. The heart believes on Christ

in its regular condition. There is no overpowering of the sinner by the

irresistible grace of God which transforms him against his will into a new

creature so he can receive Christ and all that Calvinistic baloney. It's saying

that an unsaved man in his natural condition, and he's told, if you believe

something in your heart and confess it with your mouth, God will give you the

new birth. God will save you and impute to you righteousness and justify you.

Verse 10, "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness." Works are not a

point at issue. With the mouth confession is made unto salvation. You see how

insane some men get when they're trying to prove a lie? This is the work of God

that you believe on him who he has sent. That's God's work, not yours. You see

that business? You don't classify that with getting baptized and holding out to

the end and doing all this junk.

Dr. Ruckman: This 4 o'clock, when three make supplication. The Lord will be the

fourth in that occasion. At 5 o'clock. Five is the clock. Five virgins were

discarded when five with wedding garments were rewarded. And at 6 a.m., the

clock is six. I go off my station. Now brethren, watch yourselves for your

salvation. He's coming. He's coming. If you're not ready, will you get ready

now? You say, "Preacher, how do I do it?" Simple. Bow your head there by the

phonograph, by the stereo, or the hi-fi or whatever you got there. Bow your

head, close your eyes. Pray this prayer with me. Say, "Lord Jesus, I know I'm a

sinner." Can't you pray that? Aren't you an honest man or woman? Pray, "Lord

Jesus, I know I'm a sinner. I don't want to go to hell when I die." You see, if

you believe his word, you take him at his word, to be serious. Hell's not for

heroes. Hell's no joke. You don't want to go there. "I don't want to go to hell

when I die. Pray this. Say right now, Lord, the best way I know how, I'm coming

to you, and I'm trusting you as my Savior. Pray, Lord Jesus, save my soul and

wash me in the blood. Make me a new creature. Let me know I'm saved." Then pray,

"Thank you Lord for dying for me. Thank you for shedding your blood for me. A

poor sinner. I accept you as my own Savior with all my heart and soul. Amen."

Try it. You've tried a lot of stuff. Try that, brother. Try that. Father, bless

this recording. May some soul right now pass from death to life by hearing and

believing your word. In Jesus' name. Amen.

"Wash me in the blood" The BLOOD according to Dr. Ruckman is accessed through

CONFESSION after believing. Or is that a bloodless gospel?

Dr. Ruckman: You take that kind of stuff, that stuff... that stuff is important.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. That's what that stuff is.

Nothing more important than that. Just ask Simon Peter Richards, I don't know

who he was. Bob Jones Sr. said "I've had brush arbor meetings out there" and he

said "I think I was saved sometime before I was five years old." He said "I

don't know." But he said "I can remember going home when I was five years old

and screaming and crying and asking God to save me cause I didn't want to burn

in hell." And the word of God doesn't give many assurances, but he got saved.

And his whole life got saved.

Dr. Ruckman: You go around down an aisle on your knees and try to find Christ

and I started in and the devil said, "oh you sleep it off you'll be alright in

the morning, go on" and I started back again. About the fourth time I went back

up the steps, went in that church, got on my knees there at the altar. I was

there, I timed it later, it was 20 minutes. Not a man, woman or child put a foot

in that building all the time I was there. And I prayed. And I didn't know how

to pray. I'd gone to Catholic church you know and had to flip the beads, Hail

Mary and all that business, and Our Father but I didn't know how to pray. And I

knelt down there and I don't, I don't remember exactly what I said. But I think

I said something like this. I said "God I'm up, I'm up to here. I've had enough.

I've just had enough. I want to come home." I said "I don't know where home is.

I never had a home. I never did." I came up like a wild dog on the streets. And

I said "I never had a home, I don't even know where home is. But I said I've

been shot at and cussed and kicked and I'm cold and I'm tired and I'm wore out.

I don't want to know anything more about any men or any women or any art or any

music. I'm tired of traveling, I'm tired of this life, I'm sick up to here with

it." I said "For God's sake, will you just take me back wherever I'm supposed to

be?" And while I was kneeling there, they began a choir practice back in the

back room. I'd been a radio disc jockey so on Sunday we played some hymns on the

radio and I remembered the words to one of them. And it said "Should my tears

forever flow, should my zeal no languor know, all for sin could not atone, thou

must save and thou alone. In my hand no price I bring, simply to thy cross I

cling." And I didn't even know what that meant. "Simply to thy cross I cling."

And I heard them sing it. I got up and went back to, out, off down the street

and went home and flopped down in the bed and went to sleep. Got up at 5 o'clock

in the morning and opened the radio station. Got to warm up the transmitters to

get it on at 6. And I went down there and walked down the street of uh

Pensacola, Pensacola about 5, oh about 5:30 in the morning going down through

there. And all of a sudden I began to hear these bells ringing. Now, ain't no

bells in Pensacola at 5:30 in the morning. These church bells were going bong

dang bong bong dang dang dong dong dong dong dong dong dong dong. Just a choir,

like a million voices singing. They were singing "Hallelujah, praise the Lord!"

I'm going down that street like a drunken man man I'm going down there like

this. This stuff's rattling in my head! I've never heard it since. I heard it

for about 10 minutes and that was the end of it. I haven't heard it in 50 years.

You say "what was it?" I ain't got an idea in the world! But something went...

something went, boy! And I got down to this radio station. I got to the radio

station, boy, about 10 o'clock in the morning in comes Hugh Pyle. And Hugh

Pyle's a Baptist pastor at Brent Baptist Church. And he's about 35 years old and

looked like he was about 15. And he came in there and sat down and began to

preach and the Lord said, "now you set fellow." Said "you check him when he

comes out." I said "oh, I don't know nothing, he don't know nothing." Lord said

"if you don't think that's a man, just check him when he comes out, that's a

man." And I looked at him and said "that thing man he never drink nothing

stronger than buttermilk. What could he know about anything?" I was 27 looked

like I was 50. I mean like REALLY. You talk to Hugh Pyle, he'll tell you so. But

see, that fellow was young and living right. And the Lord said "now you check

him when he comes out." So I said "okay, I'll check him when he comes out." And

Hugh Pyle came out walking by the door, as he walked by the door I said "Hi

Preacher, what do you know?" He said "I know the Lord Jesus Christ, what do you

know?" That was a nasty turn of events! I had to swallow my stogie and I said

"Well I don't know him." He said "Would you like to know him?" And I said

"Sure." And he said "What're you waiting for?" Well, seemed like a kind of a

dumb thing to me. Now I'd had a college education. I'd been over in the Orient.

I studied Buddhism under Suzuki. Attained prajna, uh samadhi they call it,

nirvana the other one, Zen, Zen. I'd studied the Shastras and the Puranas and

the Bhagavad Gita and the Kama Sutra and the Zend Avesta and the Zend Dapesta

and the Tripitaka, all that junk! And got nowhere. And he says "What are you

waiting for?" I said "Beats the fire out of me, I don't know." And he took me

back in the record room and he took out a Bible and he said "Do you believe this

is the word of God?" It was a King James Bible. And I said "Yep, that's it." I

haven't changed any. If you took out one right now and took out a Bible and said

"Is this the Bible, God's word?" I'd say "Yep, that's it." I didn't move an

inch. Talk about stubborn! And he said "Do you believe you're a sinner?" I said

"Oh yeah I know I'm a sinner." "Do you believe Christ died for sinners?" I said

"I guess he did." I wasn't trying to be smart. They told me that but I didn't

know what to believe, I had no feel about this, I never heard the gospel. And he

said "Do you believe he died for sinners?" I said "I guess he did." He said "Do

you believe he could save a sinner?" I said "Beats the..." Blankety blank out of

me. And he said "Would you be willing to ask him to save you?" I said "Sure." He

said "Take my hand." I took his hand. He said "Now in your own words, ask Christ

to save you." Now if he'd known what I was going to pray he might not have said

that. But you guys who work out in the world, you know how it is. You know how

it is. Now my background is a lifeguard and a disc jockey and a dance band

drummer and a bartender. Now don't you know I didn't talk like Lady Astor? And

you get to talking those four-letter words and it just comes, half the time you

don't know what you're saying, you're just used to talking that way. You guys

know how it is. And so I, I closed my eyes and cussed all through the prayer.

And I wasn't trying to be smart. I just, that's the way I talked. I said "God,

I'm a blankety blank sinner, and I'm going to hell sure as blankety blank. If

something don't happen pretty blankety blank soon. And I said God save my

blankety blank soul for Christ's sake, amen." Now I looked up at him, he was

smiling and said "What're you laughing at?" He said "Nothing." He said "Did you

mean that prayer?" I said "You GD right I meant that prayer." And I did. I did.

See, I wasn't trying to show off, I did. And he said "Well if you meant that

prayer, you're saved."

Ruckman also says this, which could be interpreted as a statement against

confession. Confession in the sinner's prayer context.

Dr. Ruckman: Never mind about Christ coming into your life. He isn't in the

devil's life. As a matter of fact, he controls it. The devil has to operate by

his permissive power. I'm not talking about Christ coming into your life. He's

in the life of every demon on the face of the earth. If Christ didn't give life

to the demons, they couldn't live. So I'm not talking about this modern,

psychological, pathological thing where you let Christ come into your life.

It cannot mean a sinner's prayer as I have demonstrated. What does it then mean?

User: Dr. [Redacted] Related: How do you let Jesus in your life? Just open your

heart and ask him to come into your life, ask him to help you, guide you and

show you the way. It will feel like the weight of the world is lifted off your

shoulders. God bless and have a wonderful day.

Now that you know Dr. Ruckman meant confession in the Catholic context, how did

Breaker react to this clip?

Robert Breaker: This is my old pastor and this is something that uh he talked

about. Um how do I say this? I went to Bible school because my dad led me to the

Lord and that's where my dad went to Bible school. He went there and he audited

classes. And Dad and I remember what we were taught.

Breaker is about to claim that Dr. Ruckman started teaching the Sinner's Prayer

from 1995 to 1998. This is false. I have hours of compilations from the 1950s

through the 2000s proving Dr. Ruckman always taught the Sinner's Prayer. He

never taught the "mental assent" form of salvation that Breaker falsely claims

he did.

Robert Breaker: As time went on, we remembered they said it a little

differently. And that's one of the reasons why we went ahead and left, because

we started hearing things that weren't what we heard before.

I showed you from the 1950s to the 2000s of Dr. Ruckman preaching the sinner's

prayer. If Breaker and his papa didn't hear the sinner's prayer before, then

they were deaf.

Robert Breaker: So what I thought I'd do is I have a tape here. A uh, one of my

viewers sent this, and I remembered listening to this on the radio. This is my

old pastor preaching theological studies on the radio. And when you hear this,

you'll go, "Boy, that sounds just like Robert Breaker." And you're right, it

does. That was the man that I remember. That's the preaching that I remember.

But then later, he began to say things differently. And I said, "Well, I'm not

going to change. I'm going to stick with the old time way." Um...

Dr. Ruckman: ...for you. Will you not receive him today? Right now. Right there

by your television set, will you not bow your head and say, "Lord Jesus, please

save me. God be merciful to me a sinner." I hope you do. I'll be praying that

you do. And let me hear from you. Drop me a card, just write TV for Christ,

Panama City, Florida. TV for Christ, Panama City, Florida. And let us rejoice in

your salvation.

He's talking about others and me! Robert Breaker: There's... how do I say this?

I don't want to say too much, but there's some people out there today that love

to go and quote the man. They love to say, "No, no, he always preached this over

here." But they never show you what he preached that sounds like Robert Breaker.

And uh, I'm thankful for my dad, and I'm thankful for that man for teaching me

the Bible and showing me the way of salvation through faith in the blood. And

this is just too good. One of my viewers sent me this and said, "This is uh,

this is the Ruckman you remember." And I said, "Yeah, it is. It is."

He's talking about my compilations! Robert Breaker: Alright. So there you go,

guys. That was my old pastor. When he preached it straight. And he preached it

good. He said you're not saved by your confession, or your baptism, or things

like that, your works. You're saved by faith in the finished work of Jesus.

You're saved by faith in the shed blood. And uh, boy, that's, that's the man I

remembered. That's who I trained under. That's what I was taught. And like I

said, sometimes he would say it different.

No, he didn't. The entire video is talking about catholic confession.

We find earlier in the Theological Seminar of the Air, radio preaching.

Peter S. Ruckman, Theological Seminar of the Air TS014

The entire idea Dr. Peter S. Ruckman preaching "That's what I was taught. And like I

said, sometimes he would say it different." is illogical.

No person randomly changes their soteriology every day, excluding Robert Breaker who has thirty views on what Romans 10 is.

Robert Breaker: But that's when he said it right. So, I thought I'd throw that

out there. Let you hear for yourself. If you want to listen to any other of his

teachings, help yourself. Just be careful. Sometimes he said it perfect, like he

did this time.

In reference to Catholic Confession.

Robert Breaker: Sometimes he says it a little different. And sometimes he says

some things that are... a little out there. I'll just be honest. Um, and you can

find that out for yourself.

Want to find it out by yourself? Watch my compilations! In the comments, someone

shared my video "Ruckman Denounces Breaker 2010-11."

1. Here's what he said 15 years ago, I got you!

2. Point in a video posted on here that Breaker has said that Ruckman is accusing him of.

I'll wait.

@animejefftv MUST READ IF YOU WANT THE TRUTH... How interesting. First, he's not my Pastor. But, my old Pastor. Now, thanks for posting this. I just listened to it. Wow! Hard to believe that's the Ruckman I knew. What I see is Ruckman erroneously lumping me in with a Church in Milton (called Faith Baptist Church) where Dewey Marrs was once Pastor. But, I was NOT a part of that church, nor did I have anything to do with Dewey. (I did meet him once. Nice guy). Dewey was on the radio preaching all the time. What he preached was backwards to me (and apparently to Ruckman too). That church said the whole world was already reconciled to Christ. They always went to 2 Cor. 5:19 and changed "reconciling" to "reconciled." I don't see that. And, they'd never read the next verse: "Be ye reconciled to Christ!" That is a sinner must accept it, so Ruckman said that right! And, that's what I preach too! You must appropriate the atonement by faith!

So, why did Ruckman say that about me when it's simply not true? I think he was confused and tried to lump me in with people I didn't agree with who lived in the same town as me. How sad.

I don't know what he meant about me saying if you doubt you're saved then you aren't. I don't ever remember saying (or printing) that. I wish he'd given the source. If he was perhaps referring to my book: "The Heresy of the Sinner's Prayer," then I took his assistant Pastor's advice and rewrote some things in that book. So that would be very deceitful on Ruckman's part if that's what he was referring to, as he knew I changed some things in that book, as I gracefully took their counsel and made it read more clearly so no one would think what he said is something I was teaching. So, why would he say that, and why would he attack me? (Read the book here for free if you want: https://www.rrb3.com/mypub/books/hrsy_sin_pryr.htm )

I do remember hearing that Dewey's church said if you doubt it then you might not be saved for doubt is the opposite of faith. Thus, that Church taught if you doubted your salvation you were damned (Rom. 14:23) or LOST! But, I'm not a part of that church. Again, Ruckman erroneously thought I was. Why didn't he investigate to find out? Why would he say something that wasn't true?

All I know is I've never doubted my salvation AFTER I got saved by faith in the blood. Before I was saved, I doubted every night, so I "prayed the prayer over and over." But, I was still lost. I was trusting in the prayer I SAID instead of the blood God SHED! And, I remember my Ruckman telling us over and over when I sat under him, IF YOU TRUST THE BLOOD YOU'LL NEVER DOUBT IT. Why is he now preaching you are saved by what you SAY?

Also, my own "Mexican Bible?" What??? That's the Valera 1602 Purificada, which is a Bible that RUCKMAN SUPPORTED and mailed CHECKS to help them do the translation work. I have copies of it and his sending $ to Bro. Park and the church in Monterrey for the translation. So, that's a strange thing to say. Again, doesn't make sense. Did he not investigate? Why would he say that?

Yet, the Valera 1602 Purificada is the best and closest Spanish Bible to the King James. You'd think Ruckman would be all in favor of it. (He was at one time, and sent money to support their work).

To learn more about this Spanish Bible go to: www.rrb3.com or www.thespanishbibleissue.com (I won't get into how I wrote four books about the Spanish Bible, and how McCardle LIED to Ruckman to try to get him to accept the corrupt critical text 1865 Spanish Bible. That's another story for another day).

Also, I'm not selling it to make money. It's printed and available here: www.Valera1602.org And, it's way better than the ecumenical 1960 Spanish Bible, which every time a copy sells, the POPE gets 5% as a Jesuit helped with its translation. But, I guess Ruckman didn't know ANY OF THAT, as he doesn't speak Spanish! (Yet I preach a new sermon in English and Spanish each week).

Again, thanks for sharing this audio sermon, as it clearly shows Ruckman HAS CHANGED from what he preached in this audio sermon I presented. In this sermon Ruckman said you are NOT saved by your CONFESSION. Rather you are saved by BELEIVING and faith in the shed blood.

But in your audio sermon (toward the end of his ministry) he said something very, very different. He's saying in your audio sermon that you're saved BY YOUR MOUTH and your confession. But, that's not what he said in this video. So, the man changed what he once preached. And, thanks for showing that. It is very sad!

That's one of several reasons why I left Ruckman's Church. If you want to see why, go here:

https://www.rrb3.com/Left/reasons_left_church.htm

So, I greatly appreciate your comment and your posting that video which shows Ruckman as a double-minded and unstable man who taught two different plans of salvation. There was younger Ruckman who usually said it right, and older Ruckman who often said it very differently.

Oh, one more thing. In your audio video he said he was saved in the radio station with Hugh Pyle. Do you know there exists another version of his testimony where he says he wasn't saved then, but a few weeks later when he read the Bible and trusted the blood. So, which was it?

Early Ruckman taught salvation by BELIEVING FROM THE HEART or by FAITH IN THE BLOOD. Older Ruckman changed and taught only the Rom. 10:13, 9,10 WITH YOUR MOUTH stuff. (The Hyles 1,2,3 Repeat after me stuff!) Obviously he changed. And that can't be denied if anyone watches these two videos.

And, that's why there are those out there claiming to be "Ruckmanites" who are attacking me. They are believing they are saved by what they said with their MOUTHS and not believing in the blood with all their heart. They trust the modern "new-fangled gospel" instead of the true BLOOD-STAINED GOSPEL. How sad. They follow older Ruckman and don't ever look at younger Ruckman. I wonder why?

So your bringing this out will hopefully help a lot of people.

As for me, I've seen a lot of people get saved by preaching the true gospel of faith in the blood. In fact, my posting this audio sermon of younger Ruckman led to someone getting saved! (See their testimony in the comments, as I pinned it!)

If you want to follow Ruckman, help yourself. I've disassociated myself with Ruckman and now you know why. I saw him change what he used to preach. And, your audio sermon you presented and my audio sermon I presented clearly show that change.

Also, he said some things, like what he said in this following sermon, that are so atrocious that I can't be a part of that. You watch this and tell me if you think this is a good thing for a "pastor" or for any "gentleman" to say about his wife or wives...

https://youtu.be/KwXBlJfn5ec

I would never "slap my wife around" or "punch my wife in the teeth" or "throw her out and dump garbage on her." I can't have a man like that as my Pastor. Would you? Seriously. Would you follow a man who said that?

Again, I do appreciate Peter Ruckman as a Bible teacher for teaching me the Bible. And, I will stick with the BOOK (KJV). When I went to school, I actually listened to him. On orientation day he said three things:

1. The most important thing is your relationship with Jesus Christ, so make sure you maintain that and stay close to him in your daily walk!

2. You are NOT me so don't act like me, behave like me, or talk like me! Be yourself and serve God being who you are in your own way!

3. Watch out for E.C. Moore and the Hyperdispensationalists!

That was his advice to us students on the first day, and I have not forgotten it. I greatly appreciate his stand for the KJV and his teaching me the Bible. But, I can't change like he did to preaching the mandatory vocalization cult. So, I stand on the blood, the book, and the blessed hope, and I can't change, like his assistant pastor, to a mid-trib rapture. I'm sticking with the PRE-TRIB rapture, as I was taught in school, and like he had in his old SERMONS AND OUTLINES book.

Anyway, thanks again for your post! God bless, and I hope you are SAVED, SURE, and SERVING, and are pointing people to Christ crucified.

Oh, if you want to see what life was like in Honduras, I kept a Honduran journal for 5 of the 7 years I was there. It's found here:

https://www.rrb3.com/tsam/honduras/hond_jrnll_menu.htm

I present this as Ruckman sent dirty letter to me claiming I: "never started any churches in Honduras and never won any souls there." Good thing I kept a daily journal that proves otherwise! I hope you read it. It's always good to check BOTH SIDES before you believe something. Amen? For: "He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him." - Proverbs 18:13

Sincerely,

Robert Breaker

@Robertbreaker3 About the wife beating comments

@ 2 : 05 of the video you cited Dr. Ruckman says “now after I was saved never stepped out on her again never beat her up again”

@10 : 03 Dr. Ruckman says “I said lady the only thing I didn’t do for you was take you and knock your teeth out and bust your nose and throw you out in the front yard and dump a can of garbage on you. That’s something you needed that you didn’t get and that was the truth but you couldnt do that. I’m a Christian I cant do that go banging a woman around dumping garbage on her but thats what she needed.”

Breaker then invented a myth that Dr. Ruckman never meant to mention him; he

just accidentally clumped him into a group. (False. Look up my "Dr. Peter

Ruckman's 2010 Letter to Robert Breaker" video. That letter is DIRECTLY AT

ROBERT BREAKER, NOT A CHURCH. And even thenm Dr. Ruckman in the Jude study knew who he was talking about. He directly cited the MAJOR tenets of his theology).

There is no point in addressing most of what he said in this

video, as I have already addressed everything else in my others. If you watched

my videos, you'd know the answer to anything he wrote. The most interesting part

is him inventing the "Milton church hocus pocus" and then saying this:

@RobertBreaker3 (Robert Breaker): Sir, I greatly appreciate your comment and your

posting that video which shows Ruckman as a double-minded and unstable man who

taught two different plans of salvation. There was younger Ruckman who usually

said it right, and older Ruckman who often said it very differently. Oh, one

more thing. In your audio video he said he was saved in the radio station with

Hugh Pyle. Do you know there exists another version of his testimony where he

says he wasn't saved then, but a few weeks later when he read the Bible and

trusted the blood. So, which was it?

Dr. Ruckman's testimony is in each video I made in my compilations, and he never

claimed this. Breaker is just saying things. If he does a video "proving" this,

it will be a clipped part from Dr. Ruckman's testimony, edited to falsely make

it look like he just believed and trusted.
