Every Instance of "Heart" + "Call" in the KJB Proves Vocal Calling for Salvation

This study goes over every single instance of Heart + Call in the King James Bible.
The King James Bible definitively teaches that one must believe, and then must vocalize to receive salvation.
"What if I am mute?"
What if someone is mentally challenged and they can't believe?
You and they are special exemptions upon whom God has mercy; however, the two of you do not form the rules for salvation.
The exception does not make the rule.
Exodus 36:2 And Moses called Bezaleel and Aholiab, and every wise hearted man, in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom, even every one whose heart stirred him up to come unto the work to do it:
Look at this. God gives a man wisdom, stirs their heart up and then that is physically manifested.
"That says work." Do you want to go to Ecclesiastes where Solomon works in his heart to apply wisdom?
Judges 16:18 And when Delilah saw that he had told her all his heart, she sent and called for the lords of the Philistines, saying, Come up this once, for he hath shewed me all his heart. Then the lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and brought money in their hand.
“Her speech came from the heart. It is not that he internally spoke in his heart to her, which is impossible.” - 6th study.
Judges 16:25 And it came to pass, when their hearts were merry, that they said, Call for Samson, that he may make us sport. And they called for Samson out of the prison house; and he made them sport: and they set him between the pillars.
"While they were merry, it did not stay internal. They went and CALLED for Samson to make them SPORT.
They had to be Merry (Believe), and then CALL to be SPORT (Saved)." - 7th study.
2 Kings 6:11 Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the king of Israel?
His heart being sore troubled then makes him vocalize. The King James Bible is perfect! Notice the 6:11!
Psalms 77:6 I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.
The King James Bible always clarifies between the internal and external speech.
Proverbs 16:21 The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning.
Why are they called prudent? Because their wisdom manifests outwardly.
Jeremiah 3:17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of the LORD; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

Again, another verse on the heart manifesting itself outwardly.
Hosea 7:11 ¶ Ephraim also is like a silly dove without heart: they call to Egypt, they go to Assyria.
