Favour: Bible study on divine favour

Memorise: “And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes” (John 21:6).

Pastor  Enoch Adeboye

Read: Luke 5: 1-7

Favour can make a big difference in your life, family, business and projects. In this world, there are two classes of people: the favoured and the disfavoured. The favoured class, however, has various levels, from one to infinity. From this month, the level of favour you have never enjoyed will be your portion in Jesus name. It is your time of favour.

When you are materially favoured by God, whatever you lay hands on will suddenly produce optimum yields. Some people continue to jump from profession to profession. Some jump from job to job, one line of business to another. In most cases the problem is not with the job, business or profession.

The problem is simply the absence of divine favour. Some think it is a location problem so they go from country to country. Stop running from pillar to post. Take that time and effort to wait on the Lord for favour.

When God’s favour comes on you, if you sell water, you will become a millionaire. If you sell firewood, you will be a millionaire. You may be selling what is largely despised by others yet you will ride the best of cars and live in the best of houses. Favour can attract a single contract that will settle you for life. Today, the Lord will give you the favour that will bring about your breakthrough in Jesus name.

A brother once invited me to dedicate his house which was quite magnificent and massive. Usually, I am hardly surprised under such circumstances and even when I am, I never show it. But this one surprised me and it showed. If you were left on your own in that house, you could be lost. The brother told me the only thing that was not imported in the house was sand. I asked him how he got the money.

]And he said somebody sent for him to assist with a small job. Before he knew it, the job kept expanding. Today, all he does when he wakes up is to praise God: The money keeps coming. That will be your testimony too.

The Lord will favour you with just one contract that will put paid to lack, poverty and struggling forever in Jesus name. Call on Him for favour today.

Reject the spirit of disfavour and its operations. Ask God to favour you, members of your parish and loved ones today.
