What Does Psalm 127:1 Mean?

Read Psalm 127

  1. Psalm 127 vs 1 says God is the builder, keeper, and watcher.
  2. This means that unless God helps you, you cannot help yourself.
  3. This means that you cannot protect yourself unless God watches you, you cannot watch over yourself.
  4. This means that unless God helps you, even if you succeed you cannot maintain your success.
  5. This means that by your labour alone, you cannot be successful.
  6. This means that while hard work is good, you don’t need to sweat before you can be comfortable.
  7. This means that God will give you sweatless labour and put His blessings in the work of your hand
